• Your seat should be automatically created after you purchase unless you have an Agency account (more than 10 seats and have contacted us to convert your account). If it not available immediately, please email [email protected]
• IMPORTANT: Enter your name and email (NOT your clients!) each time you purchase a seat so all of your seats are added to the same account. You will be able to change the seat name after the seat is created.
• Please do not re-use an existing seat for a new client. When a client cancels with you, please fill out the cancellation form below and purchase a new seat in order to avoid potential issues.
• If this is your first seat, you will receive an email inviting you to setup a password to login to the software.
• Your purchase will be prorated and future subscription fees are billed on the 5th of each month.

Why is the prorated amount more than the normal monthly cost?

If you place an order between the 1st and 4th day of the month, you will be billed the prorated amount for those days plus the normal monthly fee. We set up this 5 day threshold so you won’t be charged a couple bucks then the full amount a couple days later.

Cancellation Policy (cancellation form below): No refunds are issued for monthly seats unless the cancellation request was received by us prior to the 5th and we were unable to cancel the billing subscription prior to the charge going through.
